To comply with the new EU directive, GDPR, we hereby inform you on what type of information we store in our systems.

We record customer's company names, customer contact person name(s), customer company address(es), customer e-mail address(es), customer phone number(s), customer billing address(es) and customer delivery address(es). Our customers could receive email that contains information regarding their products as well as information according to what is described below. We do not place any ForceBoard.com specific cookies on yor computer. We use WIX to create and design our website, WIX uses cookies that are outside of our control. This also applies to Google Analytics which we use to monitor our website traffic.

We have a registry containing e-mail addresses (and in some cases also people's contact names) which is stored in a Word / Excel file. The registry is used for mailings, market communications, newsletters and promotions or other information that we think could be of possible value to the receiver. The emails are sent at irregular intervals but not more than 10 times per year.

The email-addresses we currently store have been retrieved via

• Customers who bought our products or services

• Form messages from forceboard.com visitors

• Collection of email addresses at events, fairs, visits and similar occasions

• Contacts from social media

 

Marketing e-mails from ForceBoard.com contain an unsubscribe link/function.

We do not share our registry with any one other than when we use the registry's data for mailing purposes via third party services ike Mailchimp o similar.

 

Any contact receiving email from us could request information from us regarding their possible registered information in the registry as required from the GDPR compliance.
